TransTex investigators can perform thorough criminal investigations, providing individuals and attorneys with the information, facts and evidence needed to present cases in a court of law. Our investigators have worked with both prosecutors and defense attorneys statewide.
Process Service
TransTex investigators are certified by the Texas Supreme Court to provide process service in all 254 counties in Texas. We offer three levels of process service in Texas to meet your needs.
- Regular Service – Once your documents are in our possession and ready for service, we will make the first attempt with 2 days and up to 4 attempts within 7 days.
- Rush Service – This is our most popular service for lawyers who need quick delivery. We will make the first attempt the same day the documents are received (next day if documents are received after 11 AM) and up to 4 attempts within 7 days.
- Priority Service – When you absolutely need service immediately, priority service is your solution. We will make the first attempt at service within four hours and up to 4 attempts within 5 days.

Background Checks
TransTex investigators perform both basic and comprehensive background checks for individuals, attorneys and businesses to use in employment /human resource matters, due diligence investigations and criminal actions, just to name a few.
- Basic background check – Includes verification of the applicants name, address, former address, drivers license/social security information and professional licenses held.
- Full background check – Includes all of the basic background check information plus United
States civil/criminal court checks, federal court checks, DEA active check, voting record verification, civil consumer suite check, family/military background, federal /state assumed names check, federal U.S. Marshal’s system check and employment history check.
Surveillance
Surveillance is an art in which very few investigators become proficient. TransTex Investigators are highly trained in surveillance and use this method to obtain information and documentation that cannot be obtained in any other way. Surveillance documentation may be written or captured in a digital still or video picture. Surveillance is used in infidelity investigations, insurance fraud investigations, family law investigations and other investigations when the documented movements and activities of the individual or individuals is important in order to make an informed decision or to use in criminal or civil litigation.
